PureModa.com is here to please its customers!

Requests for RMA number must be received within 3 days from the date you receive the merchandise.
Return merchandise must be received within 15 days from the date you receive your package.

What do I do if need to return my purchase?

PureModa.com customers are given 3 business days to initiate a return (RMA) from delivery receipt date. For example, if you purchase an item from us on Monday, January 12 - PureModa.com then ships you out on Wednesday, January 14 - You the customer receives and signs for your package on Friday, January 16. Starting the next business day - you have 3 business days to initiate AND fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization for your package. Since Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered part of the business week - PureModa.com starts counting from Monday on. The last day you can possibly request/fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization is 12 MIDNIGHT EASTERN STANDARD TIME of Wednesday January 21.

The item must be unused and still in it's original packaging. We do not give out refunds for return or initial shipping costs. A refund less a 15% re-stocking fee -for the item's website price will be given within 24-72hrs of receiving your return back to us.

All RMA packages must be received within 15 days of delivery receipt (please check your tracking number - to view delivery receipt date)

May I exchange My item for something else if I don't like it?

For an exchange, first fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Your other option here at PureModa.com is returning your UNUSED item within 15 business from delivery receipt date for an exchange less a 15% re-stock fee. This will be for an exchange of another item of equal or higher value. Exchange differences and costs will be billed to the credit card we have on file for you. We do not credit return shipping costs back to us. Customers will automatically be billed $10.00 for FEDEX EXPRESS shipping charges to their respective zip code. This Fedex EXPRESS charge is for shipping for the exchange item of choice (customer has picked out already). Exchange item charges will be billed to credit card we have on file for the customer.

My item is damaged! What do I do?

You have 3 days from delivery receipt to report damaged shipments. To expedite, please call us at (888)-312-7389. Do let us know how badly the item is damaged so that we may figure out if it was damaged during time of shipment. We offer only DAMAGE FREE merchandise on our PureModa.com website. Rarely does an item ship out damaged, however if and only if the item was damaged during or before shipping Puremoda.com will take the necessary actions to exchange your damaged merchandise for a damage free item. PureModa.com then will set up a pick up day of your choice. Shipping costs will be billed to us and we will then send you a new DAMAGE FREE exchanged item via shipping method you originally requested.

Please note that if your item is damaged we will gladly exchange it at no extra charge.

If you choose to RETURN your item for a REFUND credit - a 15% Re-stocking Fee will still apply for damaged goods

How fast are returns given to returned merchandise?

As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will thoroughly inspect it for damages and no signs of use or fragrance. Refunds are given within 24 to 72hrs. Please give us up to the 72hrs for a refund and allow up to 30 days for it to show up on your billing statement. If you have further questions - please call us at 888-312-7389
